Tasks
- Close Collaboration with project management and team leadership to implement day-to-day operations for international projects.
- Data analysis and statistical evaluations
- Composing result- and solution-oriented reports with business-strategic recommendations for action
- Intensive customer contact including requirements analysis and proposal preparation
- Continuous control and monitoring of internal quality standards
- Support in set-up and execution of continuous and ad hoc projects
- Design of customized monitoring and improvement solutions
- Cooperation with external service providers
- Determination and preparation of key figures
- Occasional meetings with customers in the UK, possibly in other EU countries.
- Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably: economics / sociology/ market research / engineering )
- First experiences in project management
- Knowledge of market research an advantage
- Knowledge of the postal & logistics sector is an advantage
- Ability to work in agile teams
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Confluence
- Good communication skills within the team, with partners and customers
- Mother language English, other European languages is a real plus
- Organized and meticulous work ethic
- High adherence to deadlines & ability to work on time
- Analytical & holistic thinking
- Affinity for statistics, data and data analysis
