Junior E-Commerce Manager

Who Are We?

Sport It First is an online international fashion retailer specialising in clothing and footwear. We operate on both marketplaces and through our own online e-commerce store.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven, organised and determined individual with a positive mindset to learn the e-commerce ropes and eventually take ownership of our e-commerce channels. There will be training provided from our current marketing partners as well as the Director on site.

What the role will develop into:

Overseeing design and developments of our website

Monitor web analytics and internal data sources – staying in touch with key site metrics and optimising according to KPI’s.

Design and execute roadmaps conveying opportunities and plans to grow the SIF operation.

Budget effectively – Allocating the marketing and ecommerce budget across different revenue channels.

Supervise all activities and listing development – assisting the head of operations.

Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers – justifying expenditure and proving transparency to stakeholders.

Build reports and data analysis on traffic acquisition, performances, conversions rate, ROI and CRO management to drive development, content, and UX improvements.

Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans to coincide with e-commerce targets.

Team management and progress monitoring of our e-commerce operators.

Quality control and assurance – ensuring listings and site content contain sufficient information and are displayed correctly.

Developing schedules and timescales for tasks and e-commerce growth.

Identify business growth opportunities and develop new retail channels – orchestrating our onboarding onto new platforms.

What do you need?

There are no requirements for this job as training is provided on-site. Below are some prefered skills that would be a benefit for this.

E-commerce experience

Hands-on experience with online marketplaces.

A proficient command of the English language, in particular spelling and grammar.

Rigorous, organized, flexible and able to manage several projects simultaneously.

Job Type and Salary

Full-time

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)

This role will have 1 day hybrid working once you have completed your initial training.

8:00am – 5:30pm

(30 minutes lunch break)
