Making A Difference as A Family Time Support Worker within Social Work Assessment Service.
We are seeking applicants for the post of 2 Family Time Workers to join the team which consists of a Family Time Coordinator and 12 FTE Family Time Workers. The successful applicants would be responsible for supporting children and families who do not live together for a variety of reasons to enjoy time together in a safe and planned manner. Family Time takes place in the Community or within one of our Children’s Centres facilities. The team is supportive and welcoming.
We offer a structured programme of training and support.
The successful applicants will:
- Be committed to continuous professional development and practice improvement
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to engage children and families
- Have the ability to effectively engage other professionals
