Kitchen Assistant
Job description
This hotel is situated in the heart of the town centre and is part of a well-established group, it boasts 123 bedrooms along with a bar, dining areas and conference facilities attracting both business and leisure based guests.
We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant on casual basis to join a busy and developing kitchen team.
The ideal applicant will need to be able to follow instructions and use their initiative but most importantly work in a team.
This role would include ensuring preparation and presentation of food is of a high standard, supporting the Head Chef and maintaining standards of cleanliness in the kitchen complying with company standards and legal requirements.
You would need to be flexible, reliable and have excellent communication skills.
Hours are varied and can include breakfast, lunch and evening shifts, as well as weekends, starting times will vary.
Hourly Rate would be NMW and experience in a previous role would be preferable.
