As one of our Retail Assistants, you will undertake a range of retail  activities to ensure efficient trading and to maximise income and profit. You will deliver and implement a high standard of customer service at all times, liaising with retail staff on-site including drivers and volunteers.

The position will be at our new store in Ross on Wye so you will need to have a hands-on approach, be self-motivated, empathetic and enjoy a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the store within the business. To be successful you will need to be customer focused, reliable, able to work well within a team with a personable and friendly approach.
