We're looking for a Storekeeper at our Morecambe Depot on White Lund Ind Est.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the primary duties in this role are ensuring our stores hold essential parts, reordering stock as required and liaising with our suppliers.
The ideal post holder should have knowledge of
  • Computer systems (including spreadsheets)
  • Stock control procedures and budgetary constraints
  • How to use and understand parts catalogues and online portals
  • Sources of parts/material supply
The ideal post holder should also have the following skills
  • Sound personal skills including, communication, motivation, and a desire to succeed
  • Computer Skills including use of email, basic spreadsheets and online research
  • Planning and prioritising
  • Analysing
  • Decision making
  • Able to safely lift packages and parts
The role is primarily Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week.
A clean driving licence and fork truck licence are desirable but not essential.
