SME Credit Operations Agent

Reporting to the SME Credit Operations Team Lead, we are looking for an SME Credit Operations Agent to help support our growing lending business.
Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to inbound customer queries received via the Lending Zendesk queues
• Complete initial vetting of SME lending applications
• Generate SME credit facility legal documentation
• Communicate credit lending decisions to businesses
• Support the Lending team by putting in place credit limits, payment plans and assigning interest schemes
• Liaising with other areas within the Bank, such as Legal, Compliance, and Underwriting
• Proactively seek ways to improve current credit operations processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries efficiently and sympathetically
• Organised, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities within a dynamic environment
• Operates collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience in business lending would be desirable
