Store Manager

Starplan is a family run fitted bedroom retailer and manufacturer, with over 45 years experience. We are now looking for a Store Manager to run our Factory store in Dungannon, and maintain our existing high level of standards in the store.

We are looking for a hands on, highly motivated, sales driven applicant, with a proven track record in a direct sales or retail environment.

Base salary starting at £27,000, with a defined bonus structure (KPI based)

OTE £33,000 - £38,000

28 days annual leave (retail environment).

Motivation and support of sales team

Strong leadership qualities

KPI’s (store manager) on retail and performance

1st contact for customer queries and issues

Weekly/monthly reports on teams

Weekly meetings with staff and headquarters/warehouse

Liaise between store staff and HQ (new product/new instructions)

Monthly designer reviews and feedback

Control and ownership of store and sales targets

Disciplinary process

Feedback on designer complaints

Control of the sales pipeline

In store sales on shop floor

Training provided :

· Full training will be given on our CAD software Cabinetvision 21

· Bedroom designing best practice and procedures to deliver outstanding quality bedroom designs.

· Starplan own ERP/POS software and CRM diary management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £27,000.00 per year
