Qualified Pharmacy Technician (NVQ3) or Dispenser (NVQ2)
We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, to join our dynamic team.
The role is for a permanent Full time Pharmacy Technician/dispenser to work in our busy pharmacy in the Dartford area in Kent.
Trainee and Part-Time dispensers will also be considered.
The key requirements include:
- A competent Technician/Dispenser trained to NVQ3/NVQ2
- Ideally with at least 1+ years' experience in a community pharmacy setting in the role as a dispenser
- Able to work independently, under pressure and as part of the bigger team
- Confident with good verbal communications with both patients and other healthcare professionals, answering queries and providing advice
- IT literate and able to use NHS mail and pharmacy ordering apps or capable to learn these skills
- Experience with Pro-script PMR system is essential
- Stock control management
- Preparation and assembly of dosette trays for patients
- Other standard duties of a dispenser including date checking, cleaning and other background operations
- Reliable and punctual
- Undertake any additional duties requested by the Pharmacist / Manager to meet short-term requirements

Suitably experienced Trainee Dispensers will be considered
