Night Porter

Staycity Wilde Aparthotels are looking for a Night Porter to join the Reception team on a full time, permanent basis. In return you’ll earn a highly competitive salary. Previous Hotel Reception experience is required for this role.

Hours of Work: FULL AND PART TIME AVAILABLE!

This is a night position. typical shifts 11pm-7am so you must be available for these hours, 5 days over 7

Key responsibilities as our Night Porter will include:

• Offer a friendly, efficient and welcoming service to our guests
• To follow the hotel standards
• Setting up for next day and general cleaning duties
• Carry out nightly security checks
• Work well on own initiative
• To carry out any adhoc duties

Our ideal Night Porter will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Ideally have at least 2-year previous experience working at the Front Desk in similar property
• Always strive to provide our guests with the highest standards in customer care.
• Experience using Opera
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working in a hotel environment
