Title: Graduate Paralegal/Paralegal

Hours: 35 hours per week

About The Role:

To support and assist fee earners in carrying out duties and, where appropriate, to deal with clients and their affairs in an efficient and effective manner.

This role involves good quality work with a wide range of commercial disputes, as well as gaining an understanding of the tactical side of litigation.

This is a superb opportunity for someone who is looking to either build on their experience and advance in their career, or an enthusiastic law graduate eager to put their studies into practice.

You:

First we ask that you have a genuine interest in this area of law, you will also need to have a Law Degree or relevant work experience.

Our Commercial Litigation team are a down to earth and friendly department who pride themselves on being approachable, genuine and plain speaking, all whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Our Commercial Property Litigation team deal with a varied and wide range of issues including;

• All areas of Commercial Property litigation
• Contract disputes
• Builder / construction disputes
• Eviction / possession proceedings
