ROLE SUMMARY:

As aGraduate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media, designing multi-medium marketing campaigns, creating websites, developing branding, producing company emails, and designing internal documents that engage our customers.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities include:

• We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our marketing department.
• Bringing a strong creative flair, driven to develop the brand identity through design innovation and presenting exciting new display solutions.
• Having excellent attention to detail, with responsibility for ensuring that all concepts, assets and presentations are aligned to the StowAg brand standards.
• Be responsible for production timeframes, updating designs and project plans, communicating effectively with the team on project status.
• Being accountable for the installation design process and branding through to print and digital formats in line with considered product focus and producing engaging messaging and visuals.
• Designing and creating effective use of spaces to raise the profile of the StowAg brand within stores and provide the appropriate level of engagement and information to the consumer.
• Collaborating with and supporting the marketing team through involvement in graphic design projects to support the StowAg brand, creating external and internal on brand visuals.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• A degree or equivalent experience/qualification in Graphic Design
• Understanding of brand advocacy and apply basic marketing principles in all you do.
• Proven knowledge of Graphic Design
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator, with a sound understanding of digital and traditional graphic design.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently, strong communications skills
• Experience working in a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines and organise logistics for installation.
• As sound understanding of digital design and production of digitally enabled assets.

Desirable:

• Knowledge/background in farming/agriculture would be desired but not essential

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
