Key Responsibilities

• To support the Executive Chef and Sous chef in the creation of the afternoon tea, Restaurant and Events desserts.
• Ensure effective management for all stock including storage, rotation, preparation and service quality and quantity in accordance with statutory health safety regulations and Hotel standards
• Ensure daily/weekly procedures including temperature checks, food labelling/dating and storage are carried out and that records are kept up to date
• Ensure all food is cooked, prepared and the presented in the correct style and in accordance with the required hotel standard
