Salary of £20,917 with £1,000 bonus, critical illness, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service (Pro Rata for part-time)

Working with every visitor who enters our Porsche Centre, you’ll appreciate the significance of our customers’ first interactions with our brand. You’ll break the ice and help each guest feel at ease, ensuring everyone is looked after, kept comfortable and has everything they need to make their time with us as enjoyable as possible. Your role will be key in defining each customer’s experience, injecting personality and value into every customer interaction,– from the moment you open the door for them to the moment they drive out.

As someone who is socially skilled and enjoys getting to know people, with just the right levels of energy, confidence and curiosity, you already have many of the traits needed to succeed here. Your expertise will lie in hospitality, relationships and connection, and delivering a personalised first-class service. You’ll be friendly, approachable and courteous while always proactively anticipating your customers’ needs. And you’ll be passionate about the Porsche brand.

What will you be doing?

They say first impressions are everything: as the Porsche Centre Host, you’ll be the first contact for every customer and will be able to quickly and skilfully anticipate their needs. After opening the door to greet them, you’ll establish the nature of their visit, offer refreshments, orientate the customer and guide them to the appropriate person in the Porsche Centre, all the while providing excellent standards of care for the duration of their visit. You won’t force small-talk in the customer lounge, but will invite the sort of conversations that could lead to opportunities to wow, inspire and inform about the brand. Understanding each visitor’s needs will ultimately help you understand how to enrich future engagements and exceed expectations.

Your duties could range from supporting the sales team and preparing for events, to greeting visitors and managing the showroom. Crucially, you will be responsible for strengthening our exceptional reputation among customers.
