A Subway® team member is the face of the Subway® store. You will provide exceptional customer service by means of greeting the guests as well as preparing and serving delicious and healthy Subway® foods such as Sandwiches, Salads, Nachos and hot & cold drinks. You’ll be one of the reasons that the customers keep coming back!

Main Responsibilities:

Our Team Members are expected to carry out the following duties:

• To provide excellent customer service; greet and welcome customers to Subway, serve quality made sandwiches to customer specification.
• Food preparation; prepare vegetables, meats and bake bread; and ensure front counter is well stocked with fresh produce.
• Paperwork and cash handling; carry out cash-ins, use cash register
• Cleaning; ensure customer area and back room is kept clean and tidy; take part in the cleaning rota.
• Be a good communicator, quick paced, reliable and flexible. Must be educated to a good standard and be able to carry out instructions accurately.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable. If you’re currently working in retail or in a restaurant, or have recently graduated and are looking to start a career in the food industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Range of shifts from early morning (7am) to late evening(9pm), weekdays and weekends
