Senior Front of House Staff

EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY IN THE CENTRE OF WESTON SUPER MARE.

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Senior FoH staff for a new venture opening soon along Regent Street, WSM. More details about the venue will be given in the interview stage.

Applicants should have fantastic interpersonal skills and great customer service with the ability you make every guest feel special! This venue will focus on premium products in an eccentric environment so we expect our staff to be able to reflect this! Fantastic product knowledge and the ability to supervise and craft delicious hot drinks, cocktails and coolers is key to success in this role. Ideally, we are looking for applicants to be highly proficient in at least one area of Hospitality ie, Barista trained, Wine trained, cocktail trained etc and have evidence of this proficiency within their CV.

Applicants should have experience working in Hospitality Supervisory positions, and should be able to supervise a team of around 3/4 people. We expect applicants to be experienced in all aspects of Bar and Restaurant work;

- Should be competent at changing barrels and gases in the cellar.

- Should be able to quickly and effectively make cocktails and follow drink recipe cards.

-Able to work under pressure and keep track of multiple tables orders and supervise the running of the restaurant floor.

- Able to confidently deal with both customer and staff complaints and issues and deal with these quickly and professionally, knowing if and when to involve senior management.

- Applicants should be comfortable handling keys and cashing up.

We ask that applicants are at least 21 years old when applying to the Senior FoH position and are able to offer a flexible work pattern weekly.

Part-time hours: 32-39 per week

Salary: From £10.91 per hour
