Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust delivers the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Hampshire.
Within Hampshire we are currently growing our Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) Workforce with the intention of aligning this provision with Primary Care teams across the county to provide direct mental health support.
This hugely exciting service development in Hampshire as this will be expanding the low intensity provision and the available support for children and young people whose mental health does not meet the threshold for Specialist Community CAMHS and it also enables for greater partnership working between CAMHS and Primary Care consider a whole community approach to mental health.
