Health Care Support Worker (MALE ONLY)

The post holder will assist in the promotion of equality for all clients through anti-discriminatory practice, supporting clients’ rights, choices, personal beliefs and identity through their recovery which will enable people to build their resilience and to regain a sense of control over their life. The process of recovery calls for optimism and commitment from all concerned and is profoundly influenced by people's expectations and attitudes. There is a strong link between the recovery process and social inclusion. The post holder will continue to support clients with challenging behaviour and complex mental and physical health needs through effective communication, based on a patient centred approach.

To contribute to the development of those accessing Low Secure Services at Taith Newydd, ensuring a holistic delivery of care and services which are coherent and consistently applied.
