The Post Holder will provide administrative/reception service support to facilitate and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the Pre-Assessment service.
The Post Holder will work flexibly across the service to provide administrative and reception support such as the processing of clinic changes, the correct recording of patient pathways, the retrieval/preparation and filing of patient's case notes as and when required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is organised, possess good communication skills, has a pleasant personality with a positive and flexible approach to work, enjoys working as part of a busy team with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
