Social Media Manager - Luxury Retail

We are searching for a social media manager / executive to join the creative team based in West London. This is a new role for us, and therefore we are flexible in our approach to ensure we find the right person! You will be expected to take the lead on all our social for our well-known brand, and be confident with a personal proven track record. We are happy to discuss flexible working hours, remotely or in-house where our luxury 8000 sq.ft showrooms are located for filming and reels etc.

Objective:
To increase and develop all our existing channels and social presence, be focused on improving brand awareness, grow followers, increase reach and engagement, raise traffic, database growth and overall sales. You will be expected to take the lead on developing and implementing paid and organic content strategies. You will have a strong understanding of the digital media landscape. You will understand ecommerce best practice, website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Job Description:

• You'll have already been in a role in Social for a minimum of 3+ years where you've managed social content creation, content planning & built social strategies for brands.
• You’ll work on our existing core social channels such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn (and others) while building and optimising new social opportunities on platforms like TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
• You need to consider yourself as 'very creative' and have the ability to put together reels from existing imagery or creating new content within our luxury West London showroom, on location shoots or use our existing materials to hand.
• Ensure that the campaigns are performing, adjusting them accordingly, with an appreciation of financial spend and report back regularly to the Head of Marketing on ROI.
• Work well as part of a team or individually. We are a friendly bunch of employees here, and culture fit is important to us :-) The office environment is bubbly and we seek those employees with a solid work ethic and can do attitude.
