Position Overview & Specifications
You will undertake the following responsibilities, and demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Local Claims Coordinator in respect of aircraft damage, public liability, employers’ liability, and motor claims, with support and oversight from legal counsel
- Undertaking prompt notification of incidents to insurers in accordance with established protocols
- Liaising with stake holders, insurers, and external partners to obtain and supply evidence in defence of aircraft damage, public liability and employers’ liability and motor claims
- Providing administrative support to the Legal and Insurance Department, including administrative tasks, research, data entry, production of work flow and statistics reports, minute taking, and organising and maintaining digital files
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider legal team including the Head of Legal and Insurance, and in house property counsel when required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous administrative experience.

- Legal Practice Course.
- Degree or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a busy, fast paced, and challenging environment.
- Able to understand professional regulatory framework.
- Previous paralegal experience.
