• To ensure samples are sent to customers on time creating sale orders and despatching samples to customers ensuring they are fully traceable on SAP.
• To support the NPD department with ingredient collection, sample making and submission to external and internal customers.
• To ensure all samples are well stocked, rotated, labelled and correctly stored at all times and the appropriate records maintained.
• To ensure the lab, sample room, fridges and freezers are clean and tidy ready for daily work.
• Assist the NPD Team with product panels & the recording of associated actions as required.
• Order juices, consumables, flavours, colour and market samples.
• Ensure the laboratory is clean and tidy at all times and is fully stocked with ingredients and consumables
• Help prepare juice, soft, carbonated and alcoholic drinks and beverage solutions for internal and external customers.
• Assist with Development record keeping to ensure compliance to the Quality Management System with all records updated on PACE and SAP.
• Record all deliveries to the lab and ensure all items are correctly stored and labelled.
• To collate information for the weekly and monthly sample reports.
• To complete monthly stock checks and shelf life checks on the Winning Local Collection flavours updating the flavour log highlighting which flavours require ordering
• To complete analytical analysis of supplier, factory, market and laboratory prepared samples

Education/experience requirement

• Experience of working in a food preparation environment preferable

Technical Competencies

• Good IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of SAP advantageous
