The Program

Synechron is proud to present the 2023 Graduate Program. The leading opportunity in IT Sector for paid work experience. It will be competitive, fun, and ultimately give you the knowledge & skills that you will take with you to kickstart your career. At Synechron, we firmly believe in promoting from within and nurturing our own talent before looking externally.



Program Highlights

  • 6 weeks of training along with 11 months of work experience at one of our renowned Fintech clients.
  • A chance for you to hone & find new skills in a range of our main Digital, Data, Cloud, and Engineering practices. We will help you create the skillset in the area you most want to work in. We want to help you navigate which skillset you wish to develop.
  • You are going to get paid!
  • All those who are successful with their application to the program will lead a permanent position within Synechron.
  • You will get the opportunity to travel to other Synechron locations and work with other geographical locations, albeit you will largely be based in our Belfast office.

  • A risk taker is someone who isn’t afraid to weigh up the options and go for it.
  • A hard-working individual, someone who has the right work ethic and is open to learning.
  • A highly adaptable candidate who can use initiative.


What to expect.

During your first 4-6 weeks with us, you will work alongside some highly experienced members, being able to learn from them and see what it takes to make it as a member of the Synechron team (whether that’s being part of our digital, engineering, cloud, or data team).
