Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a passionate and all-round graphic and digital Junior designer to support the creative and artworking process In-house, for our luxury barbershops, to be based in our Central London head office. Founded as a partnership between beloved British fashion label Ted Baker and London’s oldest barbering family. With 19 branches located across London - from Chelsea in the West all the way through to Canary Wharf - We offer gents trims, haircuts, shaves and other treatments using traditional Turkish barbering techniques with a contemporary twist. With plans for expansion over the next year, we are now on the lookout for a new member to join their team.

About the Role

Developing & presenting your ideas, concepts & visuals. Ensuring all branding is consistent with our core brand identity, look & feel. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will be working on the following: Creative for marketing campaigns (including email marketing) Seasonal promotional concepts. Bespoke promotional prints In-store POS, signage, screens & advertising Seasonal vinyl window displays. Social media creative content design. Website design maintenance (including imagery and content changes)

Ongoing design for all digital advertising across all brands in retail. Ensuring targets and objectives are met. Special projects will include: digital & print event invites, vouchers & creative giveaways, packaging & printed branding, core printed graphics, in-store graphics, bespoke wallpaper concepts & designs

About You

Ability to take initiative, experience taking a brief from concept through to completion. Strong conceptual skills. Capable of working both independently & within a team. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong organisational & time management skills. A can-do attitude helping the in-house crative team across the board.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of digital and print design & current trends. Strong typography and layout skills Knowledge of responsive website design & mobile-friendly sites

1 year of professional design experience ideally or a Design Graduate · Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint · Experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects a benefit. Knowledge of print design & print production processes. Understanding of art-working for print. Your portfolio should showcase Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense across print and digital. (Please note we will not consider applications without a portfolio
