The Durham and Darlington Perinatal Team is continuing to grow and develop and we are looking for a Community Nursery Nurse as part of our drive to meet the Perinatal Long Term Plan ambitions.
The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary Community Perinatal Mental Health Team, contributing to the effective provision of Perinatal Mental Health Services to a caseload of pregnant, or postnatal women.
Our perinatal Community Nursery Nurses are a key part of our perinatal mental health team. They work with women, their baby and their family during the antenatal and postnatal period providing research-based interventions and offering support and advice.
