Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our delivery team based in London.

The Role

The ideal Business Analyst will have at least 3 years Business Change Analysis experience and your primary responsibility will be to understand organisation business change and transformation needs, assess the impact of those changes and document changes as requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience working in a business analysis focused role
• Solid experience in being able to drive Business Change and Business Analysis
• Having strong stakeholder management experience, where difficult but strategic conversations may need to be had
• Solid background of analysis across a variety of business and technology projects, incorporating different processes, applications, data usage, system integrations, and infrastructure.
• Experienced working on end-to-end AS-IS business and system process analysis and the corresponding defining of future state, TO-BE system solutions / process flows.
• Experienced in reviewing and examining business activities and systems interactions, in order to model associated data flows and processing requirements.
• Experienced in leading requirement definition and prioritisation workshops
• Experienced in working with business and technical stakeholders to understand and define requirements, both at a user story level and functional design specification level
• Experienced in working with project stakeholders including product owners, developers, testers and project managers to deliver appropriate requirements and solutions,
• Competent ability to deliver under pressure and respond to a changing environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and effective leadership skills
• Strong people and communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to communicate at both a business and technology level
• Agile and Waterfall experience

Desirable Skills (not essential)

• Experienced working in a consultancy environment
• Experience working in defence, legal/law, public sector or government environment
• Knowledge of UI/UX concepts, wire framing, prototyping and the definition of user / functional requirements is desirable
• Previous experience / background in a functional testing role
