People Services Team Leader

The Role

This is a home based role, with occasional visits to attend meetings. As part of our People Services management team, you're role will be key and highly influential, in managing a dedicated team of HR Administrators. Working closely with Managers, HR Advisors and Business Partners, you'll ensure that the wider business gets the service we need to operate effectively. And we are about to implement a 'best-in-class' HR self service system to pick up routine administration, so that your team can operate more strategically.

About You

You will already have significant experience working in an HR role, ideally at some point managing staff who provide HR administration services. You'll also be good with technology and HR systems, and be able to interpret workforce data and provide insightful reports to managers. With an eye for data accuracy and integrity, you'll encourage your team to ensure that our workforce data is reliable and up to date. But you'll also be good at translating issues and errors into opportunities for further training and process improvement.
