About You

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating high quality marketing campaigns, communications and assets to promote services across all of Agincare's companies.

• In-depth understanding of traditional and digital marketing best practices in order to plan and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales leads and meet other KPIs as defined in the marketing strategy.

• Evaluate the success of campaigns, in terms of engagement and ROI and report these back to the marketing team and business leads. Taking key learnings and applying them to future campaigns.

• Write engaging, persuasive and search-friendly copy for a range of marketing channels including the website, social media, brochures and advertisements to effectively target our private and public sector audiences.

• Design creative and engaging marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, social posts, signage and flyers using Photoshop, Canva, InDesign and Premier Pro.

• Creating and editing photography and videography (desirable) to supply assets for a variety of marketing collateral.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools including WordPress, CRM and Google Suite (Ads, Analytics, GTM, Looker) and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly and easily.

• Plan, organise and co-ordinate events in line with brand identity and strategy. Being present on the day of an event to ensure things run smoothly and overseeing post-event activities, such as the clearing of venues and the payment of suppliers and contractors.

You will be an enthusiastic and capable individual with fantastic written skills, and the ability to produce high quality, concise and persuasive content.
