Barista - Staff Accommodation Available

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Come join our team and live and work in the heart of the Lake District!

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking and friendly person to join our team as a barista and counter service assistant. Previous barista experience is essential - candidates are required to be able to use a coffee machine, texture milk, adjust the grind and produce quality coffees at pace. We like our staff to have the flexibility to work in other departments within the business, and so we would also train you in at least one other department - this could be on our Takeaway counter, as a waiter in the café, or working in the service kitchen.

We have a lovely team and are looking for a candidate who will gel within our existing staff. Excellent team work skills alongside a good work ethic are essential. Previous experience is essential and additional training will also be provided.

The position is full time and we are looking for a candidate who will be available to work full time ongoingly or until November 2023 at a minimum.

Our staff generally work a minimum of 35 hours a week, over 5 days, no split shifts.
