'Proud to Serve' Costa Barista / Bar Staff

We are looking for a happy, hard working and attentive barista who has experience in a fast paced, busy work environment. This individual will be able to produce high quality work whilst offering excellent customer service. Please note the job requires you to be able to work the bar as well as the Costa Coffee.

Our ideal applicants will have excellent attention to detail and a friendly, outgoing personality. Barista and bar experience is preferred but not necessary, as we are happy to train somebody with a positive attitude towards work. You should be confident and guest focused, understanding that customer service comes first. The ideal candidate will be of smart appearance and have a friendly and polite approach to customers, with a warm manner. In return we offer a great place to work with friendly atmosphere, in a family run hotel that is open year round - as well as a very competitive rate of pay.

Shifts will be mainly daytime's, to include weekends, bank holidays, Christmas & New Year

Your main duties will include:

• Setting up the Lounge
• Serving customers
• Table Service
• Collecting payment and operating the till
• Washing glasses, clearing and cleaning tables and the Lounge
• Keeping provisions well stocked
