We are currently seeking a Day receptionist for our 4* Boutique Hotel.
Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and providing excellent customer service?
Have you got experience working as a receptionist in a hotel or service apartment for at least 6 months?
Can you speak and write English fluently?
Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of a fantastic team in the heart of Victoria?

We are currently looking for an immediate start for the full time positions to join our team.
Only selected candidates will be call for interview.
What will I be doing as Receptionist?
- Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests
- Performing smooth check-in and check-out for guests ensuring that our guests are responded to promptly and professionally at all times
- Assisting with guest enquiries and resolving general complaints
- Ensuring all housekeeping requests are communicated between reception and housekeeping promptly
- Liaising with reservations to ensure guest requests are dealt with efficiently
- Liaising with Maintenance to ensure maintenance complaints are quickly and satisfactorily resolved
- Taking room reservations out of office hours
- Attending on job coaching and training
- Working well with your colleagues to ensure smooth service and high team morale
As Receptionist you will have…
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential as telephone work is required
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Positive attitude and excellent communications skills
- Be able to cope well under pressure
- A positive outlook and willingness to learn, contribute and grow.
- A passion for hospitality and service with a smile.
- Flexible to work any of seven days on a rota basis, mornings and evenings as required.
- One year experience in a similar role in hospitality is essential
- Good knowledge of London
