Brighton Zipwire Activity Staff - Immediate Start!

We are hiring for Weekend and School Holiday Activity Staff
This is an outdoor role. You must be prepared to work outdoors.
This position is for those 18+ due to the safety aspect of the role.

You will be required to work Holidays such as: Bank Holidays, Half Terms, Summer Holidays, Christmas Holidays, New Years

As the The Brighton Zipwire activity staff you will:

• Be responsible for the kitting up of customers
• Being accountable for the set up procedure of the Zipwire
• Ensuring all customer safety as a priority on every ride and through every stage of the Zip set up, kitting up through to sending off the customer down the line and de kitting the customer at the other end
• Must be fully knowledgeable of equipment, safety procedures and the process of the Zipwire activity roles
• Ensuring all customers have a great time with a positive and energetic attitude
• Be prepared to nurture and encourage each customer in a professional manner, being empathic with scared or nervous individuals
• Maintain high standards of protocol and respect rota decisions
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work to company targets and encourage your team to do the same
• You must be proud of working with us, sharing our posts on social media and encouraging all of our amazing upcoming events
• Must be available for the whole of the Christmas school holidays.

ATTRIBUTES – ZIPWIRE ACTIVITY STAFF

• Must not be scared of heights
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Must be physically fit in order to handle using heavy equipment, carrying that equipment and having a lot of demanding running of operations. Our zipwire is based at a 30m high tall tower, therefore steps are part of this physical fitness.
• Must be confident with public speaking
• A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
• The ability to motivate and enthuse people to get the most fun out of their experience
• Have a great understanding of our equipment and procedures once trained
• A positive and outgoing personality and outlook regardless of environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
