Head Chef - Must LOVE CHEESE - Pick & Cheese

We're on the hunt for a creative and passionate Head Chef to work with us at Pick & Cheese our flagship conveyor belt cheese bar, located in Seven Dials Market. The restaurant opened 4 years ago and is very much the first of its kind. Sourcing the very best British Cheeses direct from cheesemakers around the UK we serve them with innovative and creative parings that push customers to try something new!

The restaurant has been incredible successful since opening winning legions of fans for its interactive dining experience and as such were now making plans to expand our Pick and Cheese brand both in the UK and abroad.

We're looking for a passionate and creative chef to work with us on taking this site to the next level! You will be working closely alongside Mathew, the company Founder, to create fun and exciting cheese pairings and coming up with innovative ways to continue our mission to champion British Cheese! You will also be in charge of creating spec sheets to ensure quality and consistency of service and working with the General Manager and kitchen team to manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

The role is currently based in one site with the potential of a multi-site role as we expand. If eating cheese for a living sounds like something you would enjoy, then get in touch!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
