We are hiring knowledgeable, engaging, and experienced bartenders to join us and our guests across our iconic venues in central London and leafy Barnes in southwest London.
What will you be doing day to day?
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes
Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars.
Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system
Wash and sterilize glassware
Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks, appetizers for bar patrons
Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages
Clear and reset tables in the bar area Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages
Actively training floor staff and barbacks by sharing your exceptional cocktail knowledge
Working as a team player at all times Ensuring the bar, and bar area are kept looking pristine
Occasionally helping other areas of the business as requested
Making sure all checklists and cleaning rotas are adhered to

Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
