Chef

The Crafty Egg is looking to recruit an experienced and creative chef to join our busy kitchen's in Stokes Croft and Fishponds.

Our business is growing fast, and we’re looking for the right person to help us take our food offer to the next level.

Positions are full time, and we are offering the choice or hourly contracts or permanent salaried employment.

Currently we serve our twist on a variety of brunch options, with all elements made from scratch, and using high quality local produce. The successful candidate will work with us to develop our menus and train other team members to deliver this consistently to the highest standard.

• You’re able to take charge during service, ensuring every plate leaves to high spec, on time.
• You hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent.
• You’re experienced in stock rotation and ordering.
• You’ve got a strong understanding of portion control and costing.
• You’re creative, full of great ideas, and willing to get stuck in from the get go!
• You’re friendly and a team player
