Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon- Fri)

The Role
At Gregory Court we provide accommodation and support for people with complex and high dependency needs, giving independence and lifestyle choices for adults with physical disabilities. We support people with a range of disabilities including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis and disabilities resulting from stroke or an accident.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care. We want you to lead, motivate and develop your team – empowering them to perform to their potential when supporting residents.
We have ambitious plans for the future. So, you can further make your mark by managing the organic and planned change within the service, and by marketing the service to potential commissioners and referrers.
About you
We’re looking for:
  • An experienced Registered Manager with a QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • a record of managing a high quality, residential service
  • a strong commitment to person-centred independence-building services
  • experience of managing budgets and financial systems
  • an experienced people leader with a track record of developing a team and managing performance
