An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join the team at The Dragonfly Hotel in Peterborough.

We’re looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
To succeed within the role you must have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- taking reservations,
- dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance,
- check-ins and check-outs,
- taking payments,
- answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
