Bar and Floor Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supervisor with experience in both floor and bar to join The Exhibit.

The Exhibit is a busy bar and event venue in the heart of Balham, SW London.

Split over three floors with five bars, private rooms, loads of outdoor space and even a karaoke suite.

We have an ever-changing programme of events from life drawing to puppy yoga, bottomless brunch to DJs, quizzes to comedy.

We are a young, vibrant team running an independent business as our own. As our Supervisor you will bring us fresh energy, new ideas and be an integral part of our hospitality family.

We are looking for someone who is obsessed with service, standards and making sure everyone of our customers has a great time.

High energy, a natural host and an incredible eye for detail.

Some of your responsibilities:

· Supervising and managing the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

· Training staff members, being a mentor and looking after the incredible people that work with us

· Managing the floor during busy periods and ensuring that all customers leave happy and recommending us to all they meet

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy bar or restaurant environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

This is a 30 hour per week role working Wednesday to Sunday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £16.00 per hour
