Hotel Receptionist

Job description

We are currently looking for Reception Team Members to join our busy Hotel Reception.

Shifts are 7am - 2pm or 2pm to 10pm including weekends. Candidates MUST be willing to work Saturday and Sunday 2-10 shifts . Role involves covering other shifts and maybe doing extra hours per business requirements.

Overview of duties:

Welcome guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure.

Help encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly, personalised relationships.

Anticipate guests needs and take them into consideration.

Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks; provide a response as soon as possible.

Inform guests about the formalities, any special conditions relating to their stay and the services available, e.g breakfast timing, restaurant opening times etc.

Pass on information as necessary to other departments (restaurant staff, housekeeping, managers etc) and to other members of the front desk team.

Ensure that all guest documentation is up-to-date and available

We are looking for people with the right attitude towards hospitality, happy smiley people with the eye for detail who will ensure our guests and clients have a memorable stay with us no matter which area of our team you work in.
