We are The Flora Lab. Experts in hand poured, natural-wax candles, botanical wax melts and soy derived diffusers.

We proudly champion plant based waxes, such as coconut, rapeseed and soy and tailor each candle to a bespoke wax blend.

We're on the hunt for a production assistant to help us with our fledgling business.

What we need from you:

We need a superstar who is going to help us with the nuts and bolts of our operation; with everything from labelling our natural-wax candles to helping to package up orders for our growing list of stockists. Other tasks will include stamping bags, cutting paper inserts.

Initially this will be a zero hours contract with around 20 hours per week. This will ebb and flow depending on the demands required from the business.

You'll need to be local to Buckingham with the ability to travel via car (unless you're happy to work at our studio all the time). You're more than welcome to do work in your own home or you can come to ours, whatever suits. If working in your own home, homes must be pet free and a clean environment in order to protect our product.

What would be an added bonus:

• Social savvy- you love making tik toks, instagram reels or are just the bees knees at photography.
• You have a car- certainly not essential but it would be good if you had your own car/ could drive.
• Local to Buckingham
• Passionate about scents and helping us build our brand.

Will need to be available as soon as possible.

Salary: £7.00-£10.00 per hour
