Family run restaurant in the heart of the vale of Glamorgan we are looking for a sous chef who is a team player, trustworthy and ambious with a genuine passion for food.

We are offering a full time contract at a competitive wage.

As we prepare to head in to Summer, we're looking to expand our team.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about the industry and loves to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sous Chef you will assist with menu planning, stock control, and management of supplies. Ensures that food is served to a high standard and that kitchen is in good condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, an adaptable problem-solving mindset and passion for working as part of a team.
