Butcher

We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced or newly qualified butcher to join our Farm Shop team. Our Farm Shop has recently undergone an extensive renovation and we are now looking for a team member who has a real passion for butchery and a desire to grow within our business. Working closely with our Tea Room manager you will be involved in further developing our menu and seasonal offerings. It is essential that the successful candidate be creative and ready to think outside of the box as we look to grow our Farm Shop offerings. There is a collective responsibility to maintain a safe and compliant environment so you will be asked to demonstrate good knowledge and understanding during your interview.

Key daily duties will include:

Sausage making
Artisan work - Lamb Pin Wheels etc
Meat Jointing etc
Creating a daily fresh fridge display to appeal to our customers
Leasing with our farmers and dealers

Hours to be finalised - This role is a full time position but we are prepared to be as flexible as possible for the right candidate. Should you have any questions please get in touch.
