Supervisor

We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our friendly team at The Little Town of Play Batley

The role is part time, this consists of 28.5 hrs across 3 1/2 days one full day of which will be a Sunday, plus extra as necessary to cover sickness and annual leave.

On a weekday our days typically start at 9am and finish at 5:30, on a Saturday, typically 8:30-5 and Sundays are 9:30-6 although this can vary (mainly depending on party bookings)

Jobs include but are not limited to:

- Opening & closing the play centre and training new starters

- Supervising part-time staff

- Meeting & greeting customers

- Taking food and drink orders / making & serving drinks

- Preparing for and supervising birthday parties

- Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, by telephone & via an email account you are solely responsible for

- Tidying & cleaning

What skills & experience we'd like to see:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role

- Previous experience in a customer focused environment

-Previous experience working for a small business

- Great customer service skills

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Ability to use own initiative

- Responsible and reliable

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 28.5 per week

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
