Position Overview & Specifications
A part-time opportunity exists for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our experienced team working from either our busy Edinburgh or Peebles clinics. This is primarily for weekend cover and may suit someone working full-time and would like extra hours. Day-time/evening clinics could be made available if required.
We are one of the most established and experienced group of clinics in Scotland, offering high standards of treatment and rehabilitation. We also offer the most advanced technology including focused and radial shockwave therapy. Referrals are a balanced mixture of sports injuries, general MSK and spinal conditions. Our clinics are located in Leith, South Gyle, Gracemount, and Peebles. In-house monthly CPD sessions and peer support are provided for all members of the team.
Shockwave Therapy training may be available for a suitably experienced Physiotherapist. This will provide an additional source of income.
Candidates must be highly motivated and focused on providing their patients with the best possible treatment available. They must be willing to learn and constantly research to ensure they stay at the forefront of the physiotherapy profession.
Applicants will also need to demonstrate a strong MSK background and have at least two years post-grad experience (shorter periods will be considered if highly experienced). Post-grad orthopaedic medicine, acupuncture or dry needling will be beneficial but not essential.
