Restaurant newly opened in Leatherhead
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef.
You will;
- Have the opportunity to create your own menu alongside our renowned consultant executive Head chef during the launch

You will be responsible for:
- Leading a kitchen team
- Controlling a busy service
- Staff training and development
- Working with suppliers, food costing and stock control.
- Ensuring the maintenance of exemplary kitchen hygiene standards.

The successful candidate will need a proven track record in a senior role with at least 2 years experience.
