The R&A World Golf Museum is located at the heart of the home of golf. The Museum Galleries have recently been redeveloped to give visitors a unique, exciting, interactive experience into the history of golf. This is an exciting time to join the team and play a part in delivering a 5-star customer service to our visitors who come from all over the world. Established by The Royal and Ancient Golf Club in 1990, the Museum can proudly say it holds the most comprehensive golfing collection in the world, dating back to the late 17th century.

In addition to the galleries, we have a contemporary gift shop, with a wide range of products, including Open Championship merchandise. Upstairs, in the Museum café, visitors can enjoy stunning views of the links and West Sands beach.
