Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Savanna, the leading African Food Retailer, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and sociable Butcher to join our expanding team at our production facility located in Wimbledon.

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, covering various aspects such as:

• Preparing meat for slicing or mincing
• Operating slicing and mincing machines
• Familiarization with HACCP and SALSA procedures
• Conducting quality control inspections
• Involvement in the development of new products

While knowledge of African food products is desirable, it is not essential for this role.

Salary: £24,841.38-£26,000.00 per year
