What we want from you

You must eat, sleep and breathe hospitality, be at the absolute top of your game and be prepared for the most thrilling and exhausting journey of your professional life.

Personality is key for what we're trying to achieve here so you must have bags of the stuff. There are too many places in the area where service is efficient but doesn't add at all to the overall experience of coming to see us. We're trying to bring something new and fresh to the local dining scene and to do that we need people who can be the reason for people to want to come back.

What we're about

We are an excitable baby pub company with bags and bags of hospitality experience both in Cheshire and abroad. We opened our first venue The Stamford in Bowdon in June 2017 and it’s our flagship venue. We are looking to up our game on the food front moving into the autumn, pushing for rosettes and other such accolades and we are now starting to build the team to work towards that goal.

Who we're looking for;

The heart and soul of the party, you will have experience of a fast paced fresh food pub or restaurant environment, serving large numbers of customers on a daily basis. You should be able to light up the room with just a smile and have the canny knack of making customers regulars, and regulars not want to ever go home.

You must be able to work the majority of weekends as that is when the bulk of our business comes in. Late nights won’t be a problem (although it’s very rare that you will finish past 11pm) and you must be able to get to and from work at these hours.

We can only accept applicants that are already in the uk, with the relevant working permits.
