Freelance Team Building Event Instructor

The Team Building Company is looking to recruit some members to join the team! We’re looking for reliable, energetic, fun, and hardworking people, does this sound like you? A great chance to join a fun, dynamic industry. Would suit anyone over the age of 21, to run alongside another job or as a chance to earn some extra cash over the summer months.

Responsibilities

· Confident to speak to groups of people

· Assertive and able to lead and listen

· Happy to work long days

· Valid driving license and willing to drive

· Willing to travel all over the UK

· You’ll need to help set up and pack down the equipment – happy to get stuck in lifting large boxes and equipment in a safe manner

· To be punctual and professional

· Attend event training

· Uniform supplied

The Team Building Company was founded in 1989 and is the UK’s number one Team Building Company. Our HQ is based in Lymington, Hampshire where staff would meet prior to events taking place. However, meeting on site may also be applicable. We are committed to supplying varied and memorable events for our clients. You will be the face of the company on each event you go on and this is important to keep in mind. We have a vast catalogue of events from indoor, outdoor, and evening events. They can range from painting activities, crystal challenges, treasure hunts, archery, or axe throwing. Our customers cover the full spectrum of the working world from giant multinationals to small family companies.
