Role Overview & Responsibilities

Media Services in The Directorate of Estates & Facilities are the central media and audio-visual support service to the University. Services include professional media production, graphic design and print and campus wide audio-visual support.

We are currently looking for skilled and creative media production professionals to join the team in the roles of Media Production Technicians.

These roles will include provision of a full media production service to the University including capture of professional media, editing and post-production, production of motion graphics and animation, working on live events in roles such as camera operation and vision mixing, development and delivery of training workshops and supporting staff and students in the production of their own projects.

The candidates we’re looking for will have extensive knowledge of and skills in the production and post-production of professional media, have experience of live production scenarios, will demonstrate creativity in delivering projects, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to work effectively in a busy, professional team.
